CIa Demonstration Kitchen, St. Helena

The demonstration kitchen was the result of the creation of a classroom space carved out of an existing historic stone building that once housed the Christian Brothers Winery. This space was remodeled to provide cooking demonstrations for the public by Culinary Institute in-house chefs, and included sustainable design elements.
